猪呼吸与繁殖障碍综合症猪耳廓微循环的初步研究

摘　　要：为了探讨猪呼吸与繁殖障碍综合症(PRRS)对猪耳廓微循环的影响,选用了PRRSV抗原检测为阴性和阳性的断奶仔猪各5头,通过微循环显微镜进行活体观察,研究耳廓微循环形态学特征、微血管的管径变化及其耳廓皮温、体温的变化。结果表明,PRRS猪耳廓微血管管径收缩明显(P<0.01),血流减慢,部分毛细血管关闭,血管壁周围有大量红细胞渗出,并发生炎性细胞浸润,耳廓皮温极显著下降(P<0.01),可初步判断PRRS猪耳廓发生了微循环障碍。In order to investigate the effect of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome （PRRS） on mierocirculation of porcine auricle, 5 masculine and 5 negative weaned piglets were chose for PRRSV antigen detection, whieh were observed by microcirculation microscope to study porcine auricle morphological feature, blood capillary diameter, skin temperature and temperature change. The results showed that PRRS couht obviously shrink porcine auricle blood capillary diameter（P〈0.01 ）, slow down blood stream and close some blood capillary. There were mumerous hematid exudation and inflammatory cell soakage by surrounding vessel wail, it was obviously decreased on skin temperature（P〈0.01）, so preliminary judged PRRS porcine auricle arise microcireulation disturbance.
