摘 要:从广东省9个地级市采集42个规模猪场种公猪、肉猪和母猪血清共1 371份,用酶联免疫吸附试验和微量血球凝集抑制试验检测H1、H3、H9亚型猪流感抗体。结果表明:所监测猪场大部分猪群存在H1、H3、H9亚型猪流感抗体,H1、H3和H9亚型流感抗体阳性率分别在3.5%~44.0%、1.6%~20.0%和4.5%~15.6%之间,总阳性率分别为27.9%、6.1%和9.5%;另外,H1、H3和H9亚型猪流感抗体均以珠三角地区感染最为普遍;H1和H3抗体具有明显的季节性特点,秋冬季节的阳性率明显高于春夏季节。In order to understand the Swine Influenza Virus (SIV) infection status, a total of 1 371 serum samples were collected from 42 large-scale pig tarms from 9 cities in Guangdong province, and the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and trace hemagglutination inhibition (HI) test were used to detecte antibodies of HI, H3, H9 swine influenza subtypes in this study. The resuhs showed that antibodies to Hl, H3, H9 swine influenza subtype exhibited to be positive among the herds from the monitored pig farms and the positive rate were from3.5% to 44.0% , 1.6% to 20.0% and 4.5% to 15.6% respectively , and the total positive rate were 27.9%, 6.1% and 9.5%. In addition, the Pearl River Delta was the most common region with the infection of HI, H3 and H9 subtype swine influenza. The infection of H1 and H3 subtype showed obvious seasonal characteristics, the positive rate of fall and winter was higher than that of spring and sununer.
