摘　　要：除选别药剂制度外,浮选设备性能的好坏影响着非金属矿浮选指标,非金属矿选别要求浮选机搅拌力适中,充气量可以控制,气泡的大小和稳定性要好,气泡之间的兼并性要适中,矿浆液面平稳。目前的浮选设备满足不了非金属矿物分选的要求,研制适应非金属矿浮选的浮选机是提高非金属利用水平的一条有效途径。对非金属矿专用FZF型浮选机影响选别指标的关键因素进行讨论。Besides of reagent regimes, the performance of flotation equipments has effect on flota tion index in flotation of non - metallic ores. Non - metallic ores flotation machine should has moderate stirring power, controlled aeration, stable slurry surface and stabilized bubbles which have right size for mongering. Now the existing equipments do not have good performance, so developing appropriative flotation machines would be an effective way to improve utilization efficiency of non - metallic ores. The key factors influencing the performance of FZF flotation machine which is specialized for non - metallic ores separation, were discussed,.
