摘 要:采用浮选工艺对河南某低品位钾长石矿进行了综合利用研究,试验结果表明,采用原矿—磨矿—脱泥—长石石英分离浮选—强磁选的选矿工艺流程,可获得产率58.30%、K2O+Na2O=12.12%的长石产品,同时可得到产率为19.94%、SiO297.12%石英产品,实现了少尾工艺,从而为该矿资源的合理开发做出了较好的选矿评价。A low - grade potash feldspar in Helaan had been studied using flotation method and new flotation reagent. Based on small- scale experimental research, a principle flowsheet of raw ore - grinding -desliming -flotation (separation of feldspar and quartz) -high intensity magnetic separation had been developed. This technology finally output potash feldspar concentrate with a yield of 58.30% ,the K2O + Na2O grade being 12.12% ; and quartz product with a yield of 19.94%, containing 97.12% SiO2. A process of less tailings had been truly realized. A good processing evaluation was made for the reasonable exploitation of this mineral resource.
