摘　　要：回顾了中国煤炭学会50年发展历程,介绍了学会50年辉煌业绩,分析了学会目前面临的形势,布置了今后的主要任务;认为,中国煤炭学会今后应进一步加强能力建设、推动行业科技创新、加大科技工作者队伍建设、努力为广大煤炭科技工作者服务。The paper stated the 50 years development history and the brilliant achievements of China Coal Society. In combina- tion with the new situation and new missions after the 18th National Congress of the CPC, the paper proposed that China Coal Society should practically enhance the capacity building, make a great effort to promote the industrial science and technol- ogy innovation, enlarge the team building of the science and technology workers and make a great effort to serve the wide coal science and technology workers.
