摘　　要：介绍了碳排放约束机制产生的背景,分析了碳排放约束将对煤炭行业产生的影响,并就煤炭行业如何应对未来碳排放约束机制进行了阐述。The paper introduced the generation background and status of the carbon emission restraint mechanism and analyzed it affected to the coal industry. The paper stated the coal industry how to reply the future carbon emission restraint mecha- rlism.
