摘  要:高炉炼铁以优质、高效、低耗、长寿、环境友好为生产方针,提出钢企必须遵循技术和经济相统一的原则,寻求适合自身的炉料结构。原料是高炉炼铁的物质基础,精料水平是高炉炼铁节能减排必备条件,大型高炉对精料提出更高要求,阐述精料加工厂烧结球团大型化发展。新建大型烧结、球团工程,以先进理念为指导,实现工艺流程的紧凑化、集约化;以先进指标、节能减排、减少污染、余热利用为目标,实现综合技术经济指标和技术水平的整体提升;获得优质高炉原料。The production approaches of blast furnace ironmaking are high quality, efficient, low power consumption, longevity, environment- friendly, the paper proposes that iron and steel enterprises must follow the principle of unity of technology and economic, and seek for themselves burden structure. Raw material is the basis of blast furnace ironmaking, the concentrate level is prerequisite for blast furnace ironmaking energy saving. Large blast furnace demands concentrate level higher, elaborating large- scale development of sinter and pellet of concentrate processing plant. New large - scale sinter, and pellet project, advanced concepts as for guidance, in order to achieve the process of compact, intensive. Advanced indicators, energy conservation, pollution reduction, waste heat utilization as for targets, so as to enhance the overall comprehensive technical and economic indicators and technical level, and access to quality blast furnace raw material.
