摘  要:钢铁生产过程中产生大量尘泥,对含锌尘泥进行资源化循环利用是新一代钢铁厂进行能源转换,实现低碳、低耗和可持续发展的必由之路。对国内外主要含锌尘泥处理工艺进行比较,分析转底炉工艺在处理钢铁厂尘泥过程中的技术优势,并结合我国转底炉技术发展现状,指出影响转底炉工艺发展的主要技术难点,提出相应对策。A large amounts of dust and sludge were produced in the iron and steel production process, the recycle utilization of the Zinc - bearing dust and sludge is the only way to achieve low - carbon, low energy consumption, sustainable development and energy conversion for a new generation steel plant. The domestic and foreign processes of Zinc - bearing dust and sludge treatment were compared and the advantages of RHF in the process of dealing with iron and steel plant dust and sludge was analyzed. It is pointed out that the major technical difficulties and the corresponding countermeasures, combined with the rotary hearth furnace technology development status in China.
