摘　　要：分析了密相气力输送技术的技术特点，结合首钢京唐2×550m^2烧结机工程，采用密相气力输送技术输送除尘灰，在投产后不断进行改进和优化，其生产运行良好，取得很好的经济和社会效益，并为大型烧结除尘系统应用提供了新的借鉴和参考，对改善烧结厂环境，创建新型绿色钢铁厂起到示范作用。Analysis of the dense - phase pneumatic conveying technology characteristic, the combination of shougang Jingtang 2 × 550 m^2 sintering engineering, the dense- phase pneumatic conveying technology transfer dust, in after production of continuous improvement and optimization, the operating results are well, and get a good economic and social benefits, and for large sintering dust removal system applied to provide a new reference, to improve the sintering plant environment, create new green steel works play the part of demonstration role.
