摘　　要：通过对江西省林业合作组织进行实践中调查的基础上,本文将林业合作组织运营模式总结为以下5种形式并分析其各自功能与特点:以管护为主的"三防"协会,以营林为主的民营林场,以专业造林为主的民营公司,以加工为主的木竹协会,以毛竹、油茶、药材等特色经营的林业专业合作社,以专业造林为主的民营公司。再从成立机制,决策机制,日常控制权等3个方面深入剖析林业专业合作组织运行机制。最后,为加快林业合作组织的健康发展提出建议对策。based on the practically investigation of the forestry cooperation organization in the Jiangxi, this paper summed up the operation mode of the forestry cooperation organization into five kinds as fol- lows and analyzed its functions and features： ＂three prevention＂ association based on management and protection, private forest farm given priority to managing forestry, the private companies with pro- fessional afforestation, the wood -bamboo association with mainly processing productions, the forestry professional cooperatives with Specific operation such as bamboo, camell, medicinal materials, the private companies with mainly professional afforestation. Then it in-depth analysis the operating mech- anism of the forestry professional cooperation organization from established mechanism, decision-mak- ing mechanism, daily control and so on three tions tion. in order to speed up the aspects. Finally, this paper put forward some sugges- healthy development of the forestry cooperation organization.
