浅议水利水电工程环境保护勘察设计——以乌江思林水电站环境保护勘察设计为例

摘　　要：随着水利水电工程环境保护工作的不断深入，水利水电工程全过程环境保护勘察设计工作已越来越引起环保工作者的重视。本文结合乌江思林水电站环境保护勘察设计工作实际，分析了水利水电工程环保勘察设计工作的必要性，指出了环保勘察设计依据、阶段、标准以及工作内容，总结了水利水电工程环境保护勘察设计工作的经验和体会，针对水利水电工程环境保护勘察设计工作中存在的问题，提出了相应的建议。With the further development of the environmental protection of water conservancy and hydropower projeets, the investigation and design of environmental protection of water conservancy and hydropower projects have been paid more and more attention by the environmentalists. Based on the investigation and design of environmental protection of Silin hydropower project on Wujiang river, the paper analyses the necessity of investigation and design of environmental protection of water conservancy and hydropower projects, proposes the basis, phase, standard and content of investigation and design of environmental protection and summaries the experience of investigation and design of environmental protection. Relative suggestions are put forward according to the problems of investigation and design of environmental protection of water conservancy and hydropower projects.
