摘　　要：介绍了攀钢集团西昌钢钒高炉设计特点及采用的先进技术。高炉设计中采用了铁水一罐制、高炉综合长寿技术、高风温旋切式顶燃热风炉和空气煤气预热技术、高炉煤气全干法布袋除尘技术、捣固焦冶炼等一系列新技术,使高炉实现了"高效、低耗、长寿、环保"的目标。The technical features and advanced technologies of the 1750 m^3 blast furnace in Xichang Steel ＆ Vanadium of Pan Steel Group were introduced. The new technologies and new processes used in the design include ＂One ladle from BF to BOF＂ for hot metal transportation, high efficiency long cam- paign life technology of blast furnace, cyclone top combustion hot stove with high blasting temperature and preheating of combustion air and BFG technologies, full dry dedusting technology of BFG, technology of tamping coke smelting etc. With all the new technologies mentioned above, the BF operation has achieved the target of high efficiency,low consumption,long campaign and protection of the environment.
