运用波特五力模型分析我国第三方物流企业竞争力

摘　　要：作为现代物流业发展方向的第三方物流,在我国起步较晚,在理论和实践方面都落后于发达国家,在发展中存在诸多的问题。特别是随着全球经济一体化以及我国加入世贸组织,我国第三方物流发展面临着全新的机遇和挑战。自上世纪九十年代后期至今,物流和第三方物流就一直是我国经济领域内的热门话题,对第三方物流的研究也可谓层出不穷。遗憾的是,一些研究限于对第三方物流概念的介绍,而针对物流行业、物流企业的深入探讨还远不够充分。文中根据现有的企业竞争优势理论从第三方物流企业所处的产业环境和物流企业面临的问题进行分析,着重于运用波特五力模型对第三方物流企业的外部竞争环境进行分析。Third-party logistics, as the direction of the development of modem logistics in China started late in the theoretical and practical aspects are lagging behind the developed countries, there are many problems in the development.Especially with the integration of the global economy and China＇s accession to the WTO, China is facing new opportunities and challenges in the development of third-party logistics.Since the late 1990s, logistics and third party logistics has been a hot topic in the field of China＇s economic study of third-party logistics in an endless stream. Unfortunately, some research is limited to the introduction of the concept of third-party logistics, depth discussion of the logistics industry, logistics enterprises far insufficient. This article pointed out that this study will be based on the existing theory of competitive advantage from the third-party logistics enterprises the problems faced by the industrial environment and logistics companies . And the article analysis based on Porter＇s five forces model of third-party logistics enterprises external environment.
