摘　　要：供应商管理库存是供应链管理下的一种新型库存管理方式,它将有助于提高企业及其供应商的整体竞争力。文中在介绍供应商管理库存的基本概念、益处和实施方法的基础上,通过实例分析和验证了制造业供应商管理库存的特点、应用方式和实施效果。Vender Management Inventory is a new stock management model in supply chain management, it helps enterprises and their supplies to enhance the core competence. By introducing the basic concept of Vender Management Inventory and its implementation method, the paper uses one practical examples to points out the characteristics, application and effects of Vendor Management Inventory models in manufacturing enterprises.
