摘　　要：在揭示水面舰艇通信对抗效能涵义和特征的基础上,依据指标体系的构建原则,从水面舰艇通信对抗的主要内容和特点出发,构建了通信对抗效能评价指标体系,通过引进区间数介绍了一种更为柔性的指标权重确定方法,结合算例探讨了模糊综合评价在通信对抗效能评价中的应用。Based on the connotation and characters of the effectiveness of the shipboard communication countermeasure, this paper established the construction principles, and then constructed an evaluation indicator system from the main contents and the characteristics of the shipboard communication countermeasure. It also showed a new flexible method to ascertain the weight of indicators based on interval numbers. At last this paper used the fuzzy evaluation method to give the operational effectiveness with a typical case.
