投资政策对中国—东盟区域经济合作的影响研究

摘　　要：中国与东盟有巨大的合作潜力,东盟各国的经济发展水平和产业优势的不同,增加了中国不同产业、不同行业对其进行直接投资的机会,从而提升了中国与东盟的区域经济合作水平。但从中国与东盟的投资结构来看,两地在投资的产业结构、国别分布、投资主体、投资占比等方面还存在结构不平衡的现象。如何完善和健全中国与东盟的投资政策,优化两地间的投资结构,使双方都获取长期的投资收益,从而更好的促进中国—东盟区域经济合作,是两地应该思考的重要问题。There has been a huge cooperation potential in the aspect of mutual investment between our country and ASEAN district, and the difference in the economy development level and industry advantage in all ASEAN countries has provided opportunities for different industries in China to invest directly, thus promoting the economic cooperation of China and ASEAN. But from perspective of the investment structure in China and ASEAN district, there exists structure unbalance in investment structure, country distribution, investment entities and investment ratio etc. Both sides should think about the important issues of improving and perfecting the investment policy of China and ASEAN, optimizing the investment structure of the two sides and making both parties obtain long-term investment income, thus promoting China--ASEAN economy cooperation.
