摘  要:目的:测定细基丸茎、叶中总异黄酮的含量。方法:以染料木素为对照品,产生反应,采用紫外-可见分光光度法在266 nm波长处测定样品的吸光度。结果:染料木素对照品在0.20~1.60μg/mL范围内呈良好线性关系,回归方程为C=0.003 9 A,R=0.999 9。细基丸茎和叶中的总异黄酮含量分别为0.120 2%和0.231 5%。结论:本法操作简便,结果可靠,重复性好,可用作细基丸中总异黄酮的含量测定。Objective: To determine the content of the isoflavones in the stem and leaves of Polyalthia cerasoides.Methods: Genistein as the standard,used the ultraviolet spectrophotometric method to determine the content of the isoflavones in the stems and leaves of P.cerasoides.Results: The calibration curve was linear(R = 0.999 9) in the range of 0.000 5 ~ 0.004 5 μg / mL,and the curve was C = 0.003 9 A,The content of stems was about 0.120 2% and content of leaves was about0.231 5%.Conclusion: The spectrophotometry is suitable for the determination of isoflavones from the stems and leaves of P.cerasoides.This method was operated conveniently,the result was stable,and has good repeatability.
