摘　　要：目的:探讨甲硝唑联合阿奇霉素在小儿人芽囊原虫(Blastocystis hominis,B.h)感染治疗的临床意义。方法:对门诊小儿腹泻患者均采用便后立即检测,粪便生理盐水涂片碘染色后在显微镜下检查进行确诊,确诊后采用随机分组观察,甲硝唑治疗组24例、阿奇霉素治疗组24例和甲硝唑加阿奇霉素联合治疗组24例,观察3组疗效情况。结果:甲硝唑治疗组和阿奇霉素治疗组有效率分别为62.5%,66.6%,联合用药组为95.8%,甲硝唑治疗组和阿奇霉素治疗组统计学上无差异,P﹥0.05;联用药组与甲硝唑组疗效有统计学差异,P<0.01;联合用药组与阿奇霉素组疗效有统计学差异,P<0.05;治疗6天与9天疗效无显著差异,P>0.05。结论:甲硝唑、阿奇霉素对人芽囊原虫感染均有较好治疗作用,联合用药比单用药疗效较好,疗程以6天为宜。Objective： To study the clinical significance in the treatment in children Blastocystis hominis infection using metronidazole and azithromycin jointly.Methods： Infantile diarrhea patients are immediately detected after they had a bowel movement,and feces were swapped on smear with physiological saline and iodine stained for certain diagnosis,after which the patients were observed in random groups.Then 24 cases were in treatment with metronidazole,24 cases azithromycin,and 24 cases metronidazole and azithromycin jointly.All the three groups were then observed for curative effect. Results： The effective rate of metronidazole treatment group and azithromycin treatment group were respectively 62.5% and 66.6%,the combined treatment group was 95.8%.There were no statistical differences in metronidazole treatment group and azithromycin treatment group（P ﹥ 0.05）,while the curative effect of joint treatment group and metronidazole group showed a statistical difference（P 0.01） and also the curative effect of joint treatment group and azithromycin group showed a statistical difference（P 0.05）.There was no significant curative effect differences after treatment for 6 or 9 days（P 0.05）.Conclusion： Azithromycin and metronidazole are both quite effective to treat blastocystis hominis infection,but the joint treatment has a better effect than a single one.Also,treatment for six days is advisable.
