摘  要:采用宏观检验、化学成分分析、厚度和硬度检测法对失效静触头进行了分析,认为触头失散是由镀层质量不佳、压缩弹簧失效和触头结构不合理等共同因素造成的。针对分析结果,提出应加强高压隔离开关静触头触指的入厂检验,确保各项指标符合要求,并定期巡视其使用情况。The conductive contact is an important component of high-voltage opening switch device,and can impact the safe operation of the device directly. The paper analyzes static contact failure by means of some methods such as macroexamination, chemical elements analysis as well as thickness and hardness test.The resuhs show that the contact failure is caused by poor quality coating, compression spring failure and unreasonable contact structure. Based on which, the paper proposes preventive measures that strengthen the incoming inspection of HV disconnector static contact and regularly check its working state.
