摘 要:针对某1,700,mm宽带钢四辊冷连轧机在生产过程中易出现支持辊磨损严重且不均匀,轧机板形控制能力明显不足,第1、2架轧机的弯辊力经常达到最大值,带钢的边降控制波动较大等问题,采用大型有限元软件ANSYS9.0建立了轧机辊系与轧件一体化三维有限元仿真模型,研究了不同工况、不同辊型配置下的工作辊挠曲变形、带钢金属横向流动及工作辊和支持辊间的辊间接触压力分布等,对比分析并设计了用于带钢边降控制的辊型配置新方案,投入现场连续应用后,取得了比较明显的板形控制效果,带钢比例凸度由1.20降至1.05,板形平坦度由原来的15,IU降至9~10,IU,带钢两侧边降同时达到7,μm以内的比率为92.7%.The 1 700 mm 4-hi tandem cold rolling mills of wide strip have some problems during me proaucuon, such as non-uniformity and severity of roll wearing, insufficient ability of mill shape control, often-used maximum bending force and unstable edge drop control. To solve these problems, a 3D finite element model including roll sys- tem and strip was built using the software ANSYS9. 0. Work roll flexion, transverse medal flowing of strip and the contacting force distribution between work roll and backup roll under different working conditions and different roll configurations were analyzed with the model, and a new project of roll configuration was designed for the edge drop control of strip. With the project applied to mills, a remarkable control effect of strip shape is achieved, the propor-tional crown of strip is reduced from 1.20 to 1.05, the strip flatness is reduced from 15 IU to 9-10 IU, and the ratio of the strip edge drops of both sides within 7 pm reaches 92.7%.
