摘  要:为了更客观、科学地评价和选定含分布式电源配电网的规划方案,根据组合权重值与多个单一赋权法求取权重之间的偏差应尽可能小的思想,构建组合权值的优化模型,求解优化模型并确定方案各评价指标的优化组合权值;并应用层次分析特性,建立含分布式电源的配电网规划方案层次评价结构,选取并计算适宜于规划方案筛选特点的定量和定性指标;依据优化组合权值及定量和定性指标的标准化数据,选定决策方案。南方某市风能电站接入系统的案例分析结果表明,优化组合赋权方法计算简便,电网规划决策客观准确.In order to evaluate and select the scheme of distributed power system with distributed generation more objectively and scientifically,based on the conception that the deviation between two adjacent weights should be as small as possible, an optimization model of combination weight is established in this paper, it can determine the optimum combination weights for each evaluation criterion. According to analytic hierarchy characteristics, hierarchy evaluation scheme structure for distribution power system with distributed generation is established. Meanwhile the quantitative and qualitative indexes adapted to screening the scheme characteristics are also selected and calculated. The sheme decision is thus determined by the standardized data of the quantitative and the qualitative indexes and the optimum combination weight value obtained by calculation. A scheme decision of wind farms connecting to the system, as example, is analyzed. Resuits show that the calculation of optimization combination empowerment method is simple and the scheme decision of power grid planning is objective and accurate.
