子午线轮胎带束层中应力的有限元分析

摘　　要：利用自己开发的轮胎结构有限元分析软件详细地分析了全钢子午线轮胎带束层中的应力在周向和带束层宽度方向上的变化规律。结果表明 ,轮胎与地面的接触对带束层中应力的影响仅限于轮胎与地面的接触区域。在轮胎与地面接触的最低截面上 。Asoftwareforthefiniteelementanalysisoftirestructurewasdeveloped .Theregular patternofthestresschangeinthecircumferentialandlateraldirectionsofall steelradialtirebeltwas analysedusingthesoftware.Theresultsshowedthattheeffectofthetire groundcontactonthestress inthebeltwaswithinthelimitsoftire groundcontactarea ;inthelowestcross sectionoftire ground contactarea,theratioofthestressinthebeltends/thestressinthebeltcentreincreasedasthetirede flectionincreased .
