乳结散治疗乳腺增生病80例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察乳结散治疗乳腺增生病的临床疗效。方法将160例乳腺增生病患者随机分为2组,治疗组80例予乳结散治疗,对照组80例予枸橼酸他莫昔芬片治疗。2组均3周为1个疗程,经期停服,共治疗3个疗程。结果治疗组治愈率57.5%,总有效率88.8%;对照组治愈率20.0%,总有效率71.3%。治疗组治愈率、总有效率均高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。2组治疗后证候积分均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),且治疗组降低明显(P<0.05)。治疗组复发率8.7%,对照组复发率31.3%,治疗组复发率低于对照组(P<0.01),治疗组远期疗效优于对照组。结论乳结散对乳腺增生病有良好的治疗效果,复发率低,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Rujiesan on the treatment of cyclomastopathy.Methods 160 patients with cyclomastopathy were randomly divided into two groups.80 patients in treatment group were treated by Rujiesan.80 cases in control group were treated by tamoxifen citrate tablets.The course was three weeks in two groups.Results The cure rate was 57.5% in the treatment group,and the total effective rate was 88.8%.The cure rate was 20.0% in the control group,and the total effective rate was 71.3%.The cure rate and the total effective rate in treatment group was higher than that in control group（P〈0.05）.The therapeutic effect in treatment group was superior to that in control group.Syndrome score after treatment was decreased as compared with that before treatment in two groups（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）.And the treatment group were significantly lower（P〈0.05）.The recurrence rate was 8.7% in treatment group,the recurrence rate was 31.3% in the control group,the recurrence rate of the treatment group was better than the control group（P〈0.01）,the long-term efficacy of the treatment group was better than the control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Rujiesan has good therapeutic effect,low recurrence rate and worthy of clinical application on cyclomastopathy.
