更年平调方联合认知行为干预治疗围绝经期综合征75例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察更年平调方联合认知行为干预对女性围绝经期综合征的临床疗效。方法将150例围绝经期综合征患者随机分为2组,治疗组75例予更年平调方联合认知行为干预治疗,对照组75例予强力脑清素片治疗,2组均连服4周为1个疗程,治疗1个疗程后观察疗效和症状积分变化。结果治疗组痊愈率28.00%,总有效率90.67%;对照组痊愈率6.66%,总有效率84.00%。治疗组痊愈率、总有效率均高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。治疗组治疗后除性欲减退积分和记忆减退积分外,其他症状积分均较本组治疗前有显著改善(P<0.05,P<0.01);对照组治疗后潮热积分、腰痠积分、抑郁积分、畏寒积分均较本组治疗前改善(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后烦躁积分、水肿积分、胸闷积分、倦怠积分均较对照组治疗后改善明显(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论更年平调方联合认知行为干预治疗女性围绝经期综合征疗效确切。Objective To investigate the effect of Gengnianpingtiao prescription combined with cognitive behavioral intervention on perimenopausal syndrome.Methods 150 cases of perimenopausal syndrome were randomly divided into two groups.75 cases in control group received Qiangli Naoqingsu tablets.75 cases in treatment group received Gengnianpingtiao prescription combined with cognitive behavioral intervention.The course was four weeks in two groups.The changes of effect and symptom score were observed.Results The cure rate and total effective rate in treatment group（28.00%,90.67%） was higher than that in control group（6.66%,84.00%,P〈0.05）.The effect of treatment group was superior to that in control group.Symptom score（Unless memory impairment and loss of libido integral） after treatment was improved as compared with that before treatment in treatment group（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）.Hot flashes integral,backache integral,depression points,chills points after treatment were better than those before treatment in control group（P〈0.05）.Irritability integral,edema integral,chest tightness,integral and malaise integral in treatment group were improved significantly as compared with those in control group after treatment（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）.Conclusion Gengnianpingtiao prescription combined with cognitive behavioral intervention has reliable curative effect on perimenopausal syndrome.
