摘 要:将苛性白云石与菱苦土按适当比例混合后可构成复合型镁质胶凝材料,其24 h标准稠度净浆的抗折强度可达到9.3 MPa,3 d的净浆抗压强度可达到74.8 MPa,用复合型镁质胶凝材料制备的镁质混凝土(ρ=1 000~1 300 kg/m3)的抗压强度可达到23.25~25.11 MPa,已达到和超过有关标准的要求,可用以生产屋面波纹瓦、房屋内部隔墙型材;另外,在一定程度上增加复合型镁质胶凝材料的细度,能够增加复合型镁质水泥的强度;复合型镁质胶凝材料的凝结时间和安定性均合格。It is possible for caustic dolomite and calcined magnesite to constitute the composite magnesia cementitious material by mixing according to suitable proportion.The bending strength of standard thick cement of the composite magnesia cementitious material can reach 9.3 MPa when cured for 24 h.Its curing 3 d compressive strength can come up to 74.8 MPa.The cubic compressive strength of the sawdust magnesium oxychloride cement concrete,composed of the composite magnesia cement and the sawdust and hardened for 28 days,can come up to 23.25-25.11 MPa.This outcome already come up to or exceed the GB 13041-1991 standard requirement.Composite magnesia cementitious material can be used to manufacture roofing ripple tile with light weight and high strength,and partition board with light weight and high strength.The research shows that increasing the fineness of the material to a certain extent can enhance the strength of the composite magnesium oxychloride cement,and that the coagulative time and stability of the composite magnesium oxychloride cement are up to standard.
