摘 要:以3种秋季不同叶色榉树的叶片为材料,测定叶片内叶绿素、类胡萝卜素、花青素以及可溶性糖的含量,比较不同秋叶颜色榉树的叶片之间差异性,分析各指标间的相关性,探讨其与叶色变化的关系。结果表明,榉树秋叶呈红色主要与叶片含较多花青素有关,秋叶呈黄色、桔黄色主要与叶片含较多类胡萝卜素有关。3种叶色榉树的叶片色素含量与可溶性糖相关性较小,分析与叶片中的蛋白质和矿质元素有关。The fall leaves with different colors were sampled from 3 varieties of Zelkova schnideriana to determine their chlorophyll,carotenoid,anthocyanin and soluble sugar contents.The differences among three varieties and the relationship among each parameter were also analyzed,in order to investigate whether the change in these parameters was related to that of leave colors.The results showed that the red color of leaves(red) was more related to anthocyanin while the color of leaves(yellow or orange) more related to carotenoid.The correlation between pigment and soluble sugar contents in leaves of three different colors was not significant,which indicated that the colors of leaves might be attributed to other factors such as proteins and mineral elements.
