摘  要:对杂交鹅掌楸体胚苗及其亲本种鹅掌楸和北美鹅掌楸实生苗在连云港地区进行造林对比试验,结果表明,杂交鹅掌楸造林当年的新梢生长量可达83.93 cm,3年生时平均树高达459.30 cm,平均胸径达4.74 cm,其生长量显著大于亲本种,尤其显著超过母本种鹅掌楸,3年生时树高和胸径分别比鹅掌楸增加22.7%和26.1%。初步结果表明杂交鹅掌楸体胚苗能适应连云港地区的气候环境条件,造林成活率高,生长较快,具有一定杂种优势。This study compared growth rate differences among somatic embryogenesis seedlings of Liriodendron hybrid(Liriodendron chinense × L.tulipifera) and seedlings from their parents in a plantation at Lianyungang.The results showed that the survival rate of somatic embryogenesis seedlings of Liriodendron hybrid was the highest,and that of Liriodendron chinense was the minimum.Liriodendron hybrid had the obvious growth advantages compared with their parents,with their mean height of 119.42 cm that very year and 459.30 cm three years later.Meanwhile,the growth of DBH(diameter at breast height) for somatic embryogenesis seedlings of Liriodendron hybrid was significantly greater than the other 4 tested materials.Taken together,our results implicated that somatic embryogenesis seedlings of Liriodendron hybrid fit to plant widely at Lianyungang area.
