摘 要:常规磷化液中通常含有亚硝酸钠、重铬酸钾、氟化钠或硝酸镍等对人体和环境有害的物质。为改善环保 ,选用污染小的促进剂A和B ,研制出环保型单组分低温磷化液 ,包括锌锰系彩膜磷化液和锌钙系灰膜磷化液。介绍了其配方、配制及处理工艺 ,测定了磷化液及磷化膜的性能。促进剂A能提高磷化膜的耐蚀性和彩膜附着力 ,促进剂B能加快磷化速度。该环保型磷化液应用范围广 ,是常规磷化液的理想替代品。Traditional phosphating solutions usually contain sodium nitrite, potassium bichromate, sodium fluoride and nickel nitrate which are detrimental to human body and environment. In order to improve environmental protection, accelerant A and B were adopted with little environmental pollution, environmental protective monocomponent phosphating solutions at low temperature were advanced which include zinc-manganese type color film phosphating solution and zinc-calcium type grey film phosphating solution. Formula, preparation and phosphating process were described, properties of the phosphating solutions and phosphating films were tested. Accelerant A improves corrosion resistance and adhesion of phosphate film accelerant B increases the phosphating rate. The developed environmental protective phosphating solutions are good replacements for traditional phosphating solutions which have wide application area.
