摘　　要：目的探讨个体化营养护理干预对2型糖尿病患者糖、脂代谢的影响。方法将600例2型糖尿病患者按随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组各300例,给予口服降糖药治疗,试验组采用个体化营养护理干预,对照组采用常规护理干预。检测两组患者干预前后相关营养指标,糖、脂代谢指标的变化。结果两组患者治疗后各项指标较治疗前均有改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组干预后各项指标的改善均较对照组明显,组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论个体化的营养护理干预对糖尿病患者的糖、脂代谢有着重要意义,临床应加强营养护理的建设和管理。Objective To investigate the effect of individualized nutrition nursing intervention to glucose and lipid metab- olism of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods To divide 600 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus into two groups. The test group（ n = 300） was taken the individualized nutrition nursing intervention measures. The control group（ n = 300） was intervened by normal nursing measures. To check the changes of the associated nutritional index, sugar and lipid metabolism before and alter the intervention of two groups. Results Between two groups, there were more significant different in above indicators （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion It has important significance for individual nutrition nursing intervention to the glucose, lipid metabolism of patients with diabetes mellitus. The construction and management of clinical nutrition nursing should be strengthened.
