摘  要:目的研究胰岛素抵抗者外周血单个核细胞、单核源性巨噬细胞的内脂素基因表达水平。方法分别采用实时荧光定量PCR法和单因素方差分析检测和比较胰岛素抵抗者(n=8)和非胰岛素抵抗对照者(n=8)的内脂素基因表达水平。运用spearman相关分析进行相关性检验。结果胰岛素抵抗者的外周血单个核细胞、单核源性巨噬细胞的内脂素基因表达水平均稍低于对照者,但无统计学意义(P=0.394;P=0.286)。胰岛素抵抗者单个核细胞、单核源性巨噬细胞的内脂素mRNA水平均与T4正相关(P=0.029;P=0.035)。结论胰岛素抵抗者单个核细胞、单核源性巨噬细胞的内脂素基因表达水平与对照者无差异;甲状腺可能参与调节胰岛素抵抗患者的内脂素基因表达水平。Objective To explore the mRNA level of Visfatin of mononuclear cell or monocyte-derived macrophages in pa- tients with insulin resistance. Methods Real time fluorescence quantitative PCIR and one-way ANOVA analysis were applied to investigate and compare the mBNA level of visfatin between insulin resistance and control group. Spearman correlation maalysis was also used. Results The mRNA level of visfatin of mononuelear cell or monoeyte-derived macrophages in patients with insulin re- sistance were both lower than that of control group, but without significant difference' ( P = 0. 394 ; P = 0. 286 ). The mRNA level of visfatin was positively correlated with T4 in insulin resistance group ( P = 0. 029 ; P = 0. 035 ). Conclusion The mRNA level of visfatin of mononuelear cell or monoeyte-derived macrophages in patients with insulin resistance were not different from that of con- trol; the mRNA level of visfatin might be regulated by thyroid gland in patients with insulin resistance.
