摘  要:目的探讨后路内固定及经椎弓根椎体植骨治疗胸腰椎骨折的临床疗效。方法选择我院2009年1月~2012年4月收治的50例胸腰椎骨折的患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组(25例)采用后路内固定及经椎弓根椎体植骨进行治疗,对照组(25例)单纯使用后路椎弓根螺钉系统固定方法治疗,术后对两组患者进行随访并比较两组患者的骨密度(BMD)、Cobb角改变、骨折椎体高度的变化情况以及手术时间和术中出血量。结果与对照组比较,观察组在BMD、Cobb角改变、骨折椎体高度的变化上均有统计学意义,P<0.05;观察组手术时间明显长于对照组,P<0.05;而术中出血量,两组差异性无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论采用后路内固定及经椎弓根椎体植骨治疗胸腰椎骨折临床效果显著,是治疗青壮年胸腰椎骨折的一种安全有效的方法。Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Fracture of thoracic and lumbar vertebrae for treating with Posteri- or internal fixation and transpedical vertebral bone. Methods 50 cases with thoracic lumbar fracture patients were randomly di- vided into observation group and control group in our hospital from Jan. 2009 to Apr. 2012. The observation group (25 cases) was treated by Posterior internal fixation and Transpedical vertebral bone, and the control group (25 cases) was treated with posterior fixation with pedicle screw system; bone mineral density (BMD), the Cobb angle change, fracture vertebral height changes as well as operative time and blood loss were compared between the two groups. Results The BMD, the Cobb angle change in vet~ tebral height changes of the observation group were significant differences compared with control group, P 〈 0.05; the operative time of the observation group were significant differences, P 〈 0. 05, but the blood loss of two groups were. no statistically signifi- cant differences, P 〉 0. 05. Conclusion The clinical effect of posterior fixation and pedicle vertebral bone graft for treating with thoracic and lumbar fractures is significant, and it is a safe and effective method.
