摘  要:目的探讨应用配套校准物和新鲜全血建立实验室内多台血细胞分析仪的量值溯源性。方法以配套校准物校准Sysmex XE-2100(LJ-24)血细胞分析仪手动进样模式,建立规范操作检测系统。规范操作检测系统对一健康人新鲜全血进行定值,以定值新鲜全血对LJ-24自动进样模式和其它3台血细胞分析仪不同进样模式进行校准。仪器校准完成后,取20例新鲜全血样本分别在4台仪器上不同进样模式各测定2次,对WBC、RBC、HGB、HCT、PLT结果进行比对分析;以规范操作检测系统检测值为靶值,计算偏差,对校准效果进行评估。结果通过该方法校准血细胞分析仪,成功建立了实验室内多台血细胞分析仪的量值溯源性。校准后的比对分析表明四台血细胞分析仪不同进样模式检测结果的偏差均在可接受范围内。结论规范操作检测系统定值的新鲜全血对实验室其它检测系统进行校准,使不同检测系统检测结果具有准确性和可比性,满足了血细胞分析仪量值溯源的要求。Objective To establish the measurealent traceability for Hematology Analyzers in tile laboratory by ealibrator and fresh blood. Methods Standardized operation measurement system was set up by using calibrator to calibrate the upcn-mode. of Sysmex XE-2100 hematology analyzer (LJ+24). Fresh blood assigned by standardized operation measm'ement system was usde,l to calibrate tile closed-mode of L J-24 and the other three hematology analyzers. After calibration, 20 fresh blood samples were de- termined two times and tile results of WBC ,RBC ,HGB ,HCT and PLT were amdyzed by different sampler mode a,nong four hmaa- tology analyzers. The results determined by standardized operation measurement system as targeted value,and the bias was calcn lated. Results The measurement traceability was set up through this method successfully. The comparative test showed that the bias of the results were within the accepted limit among four hematology analyzers ",fiLer calibration. Conclusion It is feasible that Fresh blood assigned by standardized operation measurement system were used to calibrate the other measurement system. The re suits determined by different measurement system had a good accuracy and comparability anti met the requirements of the measure- ment traceability for Hematology Analyzers.
