摘 要:对渭河下游临渭区沙石资源情况进行了介绍,分析了河道管理要求、堆沙点位置与转运成本以及河道采沙堆沙方式对河道行、蓄洪的影响。结果表明:临渭区河道采沙堆沙对河道管理影响较大;当前有关河道采沙堆沙规定需要在实际工作中进行适度调整;当临渭区河段滩地沉沙场沙堆宽度在200 m以下、汛期滩地堆沙在100万m3以下时,对临渭区河段行、蓄洪的影响甚微。同时,提出了适当调整采沙规划部分沙场分布、进一步深入论证滩地堆沙对河道的影响等建议。The article introduced gravel resources in Linwei section, the lower reaches of Weihe River and analyzed the river management require- ments, sand yard location, the transport cost and the influence of river sand mining and storage to the river course flood passing and flood storage. The results show that : sand mining and storage have big influence to the river management ; the current regulations about river sand mining and storage re- quire moderate adjustment in practical work; when the width of sand accumulation on the floodplain of Linwei section is below 200 m, and sand accu- mulation is below 1 million m3 in flood season, the influence is tiny to the river course flood passing and flood storage in Linwei section. At the same time, some suggestions are put forward about appropriate adjustment of sand mining site distribution and further proof the influence of sand accumula- tion on the floodplain to the river channel.
