铜陵市东部城区顺安片区防洪规划方案研究

摘　　要：对铜陵市东部城区顺安片区防洪现状进行了分析,认为区域内现有的防洪除涝标准及设施尚不能满足顺安片区建设的需要,防洪规划方案确定顺安片区防洪标准为防御长江1954年型洪水,堤防等级为2级,在此基础上对顺安联圩堤防加固工程、穿堤涵闸建设工程、堤顶道路改建工程、撇洪沟整治工程防洪规划方案设计进行了分析。建议:在顺安片区建成前先行实施相应的防洪除涝工程建设,以确保城区的安全;综合相关专项规划成果,进一步复核撇洪沟整治和泵站工程规模;泵站、涵闸改扩建时需考虑到将来城区建设的需要,预留扩容或改建的位置;加强城区水系的保护,河沟整治与生态修复相结合。This paper introduced present situation of flood control of Shun＇ an area in the eastern city of Tongling City, thought that existing stand- ards of flood control and waterlogging and facilities could not meet the needs of the construction Shun＇ an area. There were the defense Changjiang River of 1954 flood and embankments level 2 for standards of flood control of Shun＇ an area in the programs of flood control planning. In this base, this paper analyzed designed programs of reinforcement of dyke and embankment, the construction of sluices through the dike, ＂alterations of roads on the embankment and remedialion of floodinterccpted ditch. In order to ensure the safety of the city, this paper advised that we should implement constructed engineering of flood control and waterlogging before constructing Shun＇ an area ; review that remediation of the floodintercepted ditch and pumping station project in the base of results of integrated related special programs and need to take into account the needs of future urban construc- tion, expansion or alterations of the position reserved as well ; strengthen set aside and protection of water bodies of the city, and achieve the brook remediation and ecological restoration.
