泰州市4174例艾滋病自愿咨询检测情况分析

摘　　要：目的了解泰州市艾滋病自愿咨询检测(VC T)人群的分布特征,为针对各类求询人员采取有效的防治措施提供信息和依据。方法对2011年全市VC T门诊求询者的基本信息及艾滋病病毒检测情况进行统计分析。结果 2011年泰州市各级VC T门诊的求询者共4174人,H IV感染率为0.29%(12/4135)。求询者以18-49岁青壮年为主,男女检测比例为1.73:1,男性H IV感染率显著高于女性。求询者类型主要以有商业异性性行为史者为主,有男男性行为史求询者的H IV感染率最高。结论泰州市艾滋病传播途径以性传播为主,高龄化H IV感染人群有增多化趋势;应进一步合理利用咨询点资源,将VC T服务与重点人群的高危行为干预工作结合起来,尽早发现H IV感染者,减少二代传播。Objective To understand the characteristics of the population of the the voluntary counseling and testing （VCT） in Taizhou, and to provide information and evidence to take effective preventive measures for VCT. Methods We analyzed the data of the demographic, behavioral and HIV testing information of the persons seeking consultation in the clinics of the whole city in 2011. Results A total of 4174 people seeking consultation in 2011, and HIV infection rate was 0.29%（12/4135）. The young, be- tween 18 and 49,made up the main 0fthe persons seeking consultation, and the ratio between men and women was 1.73：l.The HIV rate of male was significantly higher than that of women. The main type of them was heterosexuals who had commercial sex- ual history, and those persons who had sex with man had the highest rate. Conclusion The main HIV/AIDS transmission was by sex in Taizhou, and the age of HIV-infected population was increasing, we still should further use of VCT resources in reason, with combining VCT services with focus groups of high-risk behavior interventions, to find the infected person as earlier as possi- ble, and to reduce the spread of the second generation.
