摘　　要：科技期刊编辑出版过程涉及多种编辑主体之间和主客体之间的协作关系,这些关系共同影响形成期刊内容生产过程。以编辑为中心,分编辑部内部成员间和编辑与外部成员间两个方面,对这些协作关系进行分析,指出它们在编辑工作中的重要性,并提出增强这些关系的几点建议。Collaborative relationships between subjects, and subject and object are involved in the editing and publishing of STM Journals, which jointly influence the formation of production process of journal content. From the point of view of editing, this paper analyzes the relation between members within editorial department and that between editors and members outside the editing department, points out the importance of such relations in the editorial work and puts forward some suggestions to enhance these relations.
