摘 要:为减少木粉尘对家具企业作业人员的职业危害,以四川彭州市某家具厂为例,对该厂木工车间通风除尘系统进行改造,在开料、钻孔、打磨等作业点分别增设吸尘口,将粉尘统一收集至双桶布袋吸尘器处理。通过改造前后车间内木粉尘浓度测试数据对比,发现改造后车间内粉尘浓度均未超标。改造车间通风除尘系统,对减少木粉尘导致的职业危害有现实意义。To reduce the wood dust to furniture enterprise operation personnel's occupational hazards,as an example of a furniture factory in Pengzhou,Sichuan province,the improvement for ventilation dust removal system is carried through the carpenter's shop,such as adding suction mouth in cutting,drilling,grinding,etc operating point respectively and unified collection into double barrel bag vacuum cleaner to processing.Comparing wood dust concentration in carpenter's shop before and after the improvement in ventilation dust removal system,it can be found that the wood dust concentration in the workshop after improvement is not overweight occupational exposure limit.Improvement the ventilation dust removal system has practical significance to reduce the wood dust occupational hazards.
