摘 要:局部换气是保护劳动者免受有害物质侵害的卫生工程防护手段之一,但如其设计不够科学合理、维护检修不到位,也无法发挥应有作用。为保证局部换气装置设计和运行的有效性,日本从备案、设计审查、运行监测和政府监督指导等几个方面对其进行管理,并取得了较好效果。建议我国借鉴日本做法,完善局部换气装置的相关技术标准,确立备案和技术审查制度,规范企业自主维护检查方法,加强对运行监测的监管。Local Ventilation system is a efficiency way to protect workers from occupational health hazards such as dust and toxic gas.But if the design is unscientific or the maintenance is not good enough,it won’t work as expected.To ensure the system designed and works effectively,the submition of the relative files,the examination of the design by the government,the operation monitoring and supervision by the government official are stipulated.Here to suggest that China should learn the management from Japan,such as improve the relative technological standards,make companies submit relative files and examine the design of the ventilation system,standardize the self check by making guideline,and strengthen the supervison by the government.
