摘　　要：为乌鲁木齐市及其他北方采暖城市既有居住建筑的节能改造提供参考,本文基于乌鲁木齐市既有居住建筑的现状,对其节能改造进行多层次分析,从改造原则、改造价值和改造前后顺序方面提出了改造规划,根据多因素权重与分值确定改造价值,由改造规划系数公式确定出改造顺序。Based on the current state of the existing residential building in Urumqi,this paper made multi-level analysis of the energy-saving retrofit,and put forward the energy-saving retrofit planning from the aspects of principle,value and sequence of the retrofit.Retrofit value was determined by multifactor weight and scores,and sequence was determined by the remodeling coefficient formula.This paper provides a reference for retrofit of the existing residential buildings in Urumqi and other northern heating city.
