摘　　要：目的观察巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(Macrophage Migration Inhibitory Factor,MIF)在支气管哮喘患儿外周血中的含量的多少及其意义。方法应用酶联免疫法测定支气管哮喘患儿急性发作期和缓解期以及健康对照组外周血MIF的含量,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果反复发作组患儿急性期外周学MIF明显高于未反复发作组患儿急性期MIF。结论 MIF的存在减弱了GC的敏感性,对GC治疗支气管哮喘疗效有显著影响。Objective This research aimed to investigate the serum levels of MIFcontent and its therapeutic effection of glucocorticoids in children with Asthma. Methods MIF expression of 100 cases of Children with asthma （asthma group） and 30 healthy con- trols （control group） in peripheral blood were determined by ELISA. According to the clinical symtoms will be divided into two group of asthma, the attack 100 examples, the remission 50 example, and carry on statistics processing to the result. Results Content of MIF in the peripheral blood was significantly higher in repeatedly asthma group than in non repeatedly asthma group （P﹤ 0.05）. Conclusion MIF may affect the efficacy of GC in asthma.
