关节镜逆行交锁髓内钉治疗股骨远段骨折疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探讨关节镜下逆行交锁髓内钉(GSH)治疗股骨远段骨折的疗效及其优势。方法分析采用关节镜下逆行交锁髓内钉手术治疗得到随访的23股骨远段骨折患者资料,并按Shelboume标准对其疗效进行评分。结果 23例中,经随访6个月～1.5年,平均8月,优16例,良5例,可2例,优良率91%。骨折愈合时间2～4.5个月,平均3个月。结论关节镜引导下逆行交锁髓内钉治疗股骨远段骨折,损伤小、骨折愈合快,同时可以探查膝关节内损伤并进行相应处理,最大限度地保留了膝关节的解剖与功能的完整性。Objective Discussion of arthroscopic retrograde interlocking intramedullary nail （GSH） in treatment of distal femoral fractures and its advantages. Methods Analysis of the follow-up of the use of arthroscopic retrograde intramedullary nailing of operation treatment of 23 cases of distal femoral fracture （according to the Shelboume standard score）. Results In 23 cases, after a follow-up of 6 months to 1.5 years, average in 8 months, 16 cases are excellent, 5 cases are well, 2 cases are commom, the excellent and good rate is 91%.Fracture healing time ranged from 2 to 4.5 months, average in 3 months. Conclusion Under the guide of retrograde interlocking intramedullary nail in the treatment of distal femoral fracture has the advantages of little injury, quick healing, at the same time can probe within the knee joint injury and treated accordingly, and maximize the retention of the knee joint anatomy and functional integrity.
