摘　　要：目的探讨宫腔镜联合MTX＋米非司酮治疗切口妊娠的疗效及安全性。方法回顾性分析该院收治的剖宫产切口妊娠32例患者的临床资料。先应用MTX注射＋口服米非司酮,使HCG下降,再经宫腔镜下行清宫术。结果 32例患者清宫手术顺利完成,出血仅10~30mL,无一例发生大出血,均得以保留子宫。结论应用宫腔镜联合MTX＋米非司酮治疗切口妊娠安全、有效,值得推广。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect and safety of hysteroscopy combined MTX ＋ Mifepristone in treating the Cesarean scar pregnancy. Methods Retrospectively analysis were done on the cases of 32 cesarean scar pregnancy from Jan 2009 in our hospital. In order to make HCG down, first MTX was used by intramuscular injection and Mifepristone was use by per os simultaneously, then Uterine curettage was performed by hysteroscopy guided. Results All case’ operations were performed and their uterus were preserved successfully,Blood loss was just 10~30 mL, no one cases occured massive haemorrhage.Conclusion Uterine curettage guided by Hysteroscopy followed MTX ＋ Mifepristone can be used as the primary treatment for CSP,It is safe and effective treatment for cesarean scar pregnancy and worthy of popularizing.
