摘　　要：胡锦涛在视察黑龙江时强调:"要积极发展现代化大农业。黑龙江具有发展现代化大农业的有利条件。"黑龙江从省情实际出发,利用自然资源优势、水利优势、科技优势、农业机械化水平高的优势及垦区资源优势等,积极推进大水利、大农机、大科技、大合作的创新与实践,实现了农业增产、农民增收,使新农村建设稳步推进。When President Hu Jintao inspected Heilongjiang Province, he stressed： ＂To actively develop modem large -scale agriculture, Heilongjiang Province has the advantageous conditions. ＂ By analyzing the actual situation of Heilongjiang Province, we can find that relying on the natural resource advantage, water conservancy advantage, science and technology advantage, high level of agriculture mechanization advantage, farming cultivate advantage, we can actively promote the large - scale water conservancy, large - scale agricul- ture machinery, large - scale science and technology, large - scale cooperation of innovation and practice in Heilongjiang Province, and then increase the agricultural production and farmers＇ income. Therefore, new ru- ral construction can be advanced steadily. Besides, modem large -scale agriculture which can lead common prosperity is making solid progress.
