摘　　要：人民性是我国新闻事业的特性之一。通过对党报三次新闻改革的历时性考察,回顾了我国新闻事业人民性的产生、变迁过程,旨在为当下"走转改"活动中更好地处理党性与人民性的关系,摆脱"轮子作风",真正实现新闻事业"接地气"与"聚人气"提供一些参考。The affinity to people is one of the characteristics of the journalism cause of China.This paper examines the three major reforms of party journalism from a diachronic view and investigates into the birth and changes of such a characteristic.Under the context when the Party is launching a campaign where all the CPC cadres should go into the grassroots units and change their working and writing styles,such a study can help them better handle the relationship between the Party and the people,riding themselves of superficial wheel-dependent working style and making the journalism cause serve for the people in the real sense.
