摘  要:为解决普通拌种剂保水性差,粘附在种子表面时不够牢固等缺点,研究了加入硫酸钙和高吸水树脂的新型拌种剂.通过水溶液合成法合成了腐殖酸钠高吸水树脂,并测定了不同配方对小麦种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响.结果表明:当拌种剂中吸水树脂的含量为10%时,小麦种子的萌发率、根长、芽长和鲜重等指标综合表现最好,当吸水树脂含量为50%时最差;硫酸钙的加入可以显著提高小麦的萌发率和幼苗生长量,但硫酸钙的处理温度对拌种剂的影响不显著.The calcium sulfate and the super absorbent polymers were introduced to the fresh seed dressing agent to improve the water retention and adhesiveness of it.The humic acid sodium graft crosslinking acrylic acid-acrylamide superabsorbent polymer was polymerized though solution polymerization.The effect of the seed dressing agents on the germination and seedling growth of wheat was determined.The result shows that the germination,root length,germinal length and fresh weight of wheat is best of all when 10% absorbent polymer was introduced to the fresh seed dressing and is worst when 50%.The effect is insignificant of different calcium sulfate on the seed dressing agent.The study shows that proper absorbent polymers and calcium sulfate were introduced to seed dressing agent can improve the germination and seedling growth of wheat significantly.
