安倍晋三“四国同盟”战略构想分析

摘　　要：2006年,时任日本内阁官方长官的安倍晋三在其著作《走向美丽之国》中提出了"四国同盟"的战略构想。安倍晋三的"四国同盟"战略构想是指在亚太地区构建一个由美国、日本、澳大利亚和印度四个所谓民主国家共同建立的战略同盟。这一同盟具有明显的针对中国的意图,而日本也寄希望于该同盟能够提高其在亚太地区的国际地位。该文从该战略的主要内容和所牵扯到的大国博弈角度出发,就该战略构想进行分析。2006,When Shinzo Abe was the Japanese Chief Cabinet Secretary, he proposed the strategic con- cept of ＂ Quadruple Alliance＂ in his book ＂Toward the beautiful country＂. The strategic concept of ＂Quadruple Al- liance＂ of Shinzo Abe is want to build a strategic alliance constituted by United States,Japan, Australia and India the so- called democracies in the Asia- Pacific region. This ＂Alliance＂ is intend to against China obviously, and Japan hopes it may rise its international status in the Asia - Pacific region. This paper is starting from the main con- tent of the strategic concept and the angle of great powers game involved, analyzes it.
