空心莲子草水浸提液对水稻根缘细胞的化感作用

摘  要:采用悬空气法研究了空心莲子草水浸提液对水稻根缘细胞的化感作用。结果表明,空心莲子草水浸提液对水稻根源细胞有明显的抑制及伤害作用。空心莲子草不同器官的水浸提液对水稻根源细胞存活率的影响不同:叶浸浸提液的抑制作用最强,当浓度在0.1g/mL时水稻根边缘细胞存活率仅为21.6%;根和根状茎次之;茎的作用最弱。水稻根源细胞存活率均与处理浓度存在量效关系,呈现随处理浓度的增加而降低。空心莲子草不同器官的水提浸液对水稻根冠PME酶的活性的促进效应不同,叶、根和根状茎浸提液随着处理浓度的增加表现为先升高后降低的趋势,茎则呈现与根和根状茎及叶的处理结果相反的变化趋势。空心莲子草不同器官水浸提液的综合化感效应表现为:叶>根和根状茎>茎。Allelopathic effect of aqueous extracts from invasive plant Alternanthera philoxeroides on Oryza sativa' s root border cells was studied by aeroponie culture. The results showed that water -solubility allelopathic sub- stance of A. philoxeroides inhibites and damages root border cells of rice obviously, and the effect extent depends on the vegetative parts of A. philoxeroides from which the aqueous extracts was extracted. The aqueous extracts from leaves have the strongest allelopathic effect, with the survival rate only being 21.6% when the concentra- tions are at 0.1 g/mL, while those from stem have the weakest allelopathic effect. It appears that dose - response relationship between the survival rate of root border cells and concentrations of aqueous extracts, increased, as the survival rate decreased. The aqueous extracts from different parts of A. philoxeroides has different activity to pectin methylesterase in the root cap, The aqueous extracts of leaves, roots and rhizome first stimulated the pec- tin methylesterase (PME) activity as the concentrations increases, and then inhibites, but that from stems was contrary to the effect of leaves, roots and rhizome. Synthesis effect of water - solubility allelopathie substance from differences vegetative organs of A. philoxeroides are arranged as follows: leaves 〉 root and rhizome 〉 stem.
