摘　　要：曾树生是巴金先生的长篇小说《寒夜》中所塑造的一个典型的人物形象。《寒夜》问世以来,主人公曾树生倍受争议,同情者有之,责难者有之。文章认为曾树生是一个追求个性解放的新时代女性,她离家出走并不是由于追求享受,而是由于长期缺乏爱的滋养和家的温暖,缺乏生活的精神支柱。Zeng Shusheng is a representative character in Bajin＇s river novel Cold Night. After its pub- lication, the dramatis Personae Zeng Shusheng in this novel had become very disputed, sympathized by some people, criticized by others. But in this article, author believes that she is a new fair sex in pursuit of individual liberty, her leaving behavior is not for a life of pleasure, but for a reason of long--term lack of love and spiritual underpinning in her home.
