冬青叶鼠剌种子萌发探论

摘　　要：冬青叶鼠剌成年植株周围实生幼苗较少,将其种子在实验室进行萌发试验,初步探究其萌发特性。结果表明,当年成熟种子在25℃度的恒温培养箱中第5天开始发芽,13天发芽结束,不同个体间发芽率差异较大,最高可达91.40%,最低26.75%;同批次种子存放0、6和12个月后,发芽率分别为91.40%、52.31%和19.78%,发芽指数为61.5、31.29和9.67;不同浓度的H2O2、Na2SeO3、CuSO4、KMnO4和H3BO3试剂处理种子后,对该树种子萌发无促进作用;不同样地植株的种子活力有差异。The seedlings around the Itea ilicifolia O. ＇ s adult plants were less, and the Itea ilicifolia O. ＇ s seed germination tests in the laboratory was initially to explore the germination characteristics. The results showed that, when mature seeds in 25 ℃ incubator was in the first 5th day of germination and the end of 13th day to germinate. At the same time, the germination rate between the different individuals was very diversity, which was the highest to 91.40 % and a minimum of 26.75%. The germination rate re- spectively was 91.40%, 52. 31% and 19.78% and the germination index respectively was 61.5,31.29 and 9.67 when the same batch of seeds were stored 0,6 and 12 months. The tree seed germination did not pro- mote the role when they were handled by different concentrations of H202, Na2SeO3, CuSO4, KMnO4 and H3BO3 and other reagents, The plants had different seed vigor, which lied with different plots.
