摘　　要：烃油炼制技术的发展和专利保护状况是石化企业制定发展计划的重要依据,因此有必要对此进行研究分析。分析了烃油裂化技术领域,国内外企业在中国的申请量变化情况、国外申请人的分布情况、分技术领域的专利申请情况;特别分析了中国石化在该领域的专利申请情况;对该领域未来的专利趋势进行预测并提出了相关建议。The status of the development of hydrocarbon portant basis for the formulation of development plans by oil refining technologies and patent protection is an im- petrochemical enterprises, and therefore there is a need for researches and analysis in this regard. The paper is an examination of patent applications in the field of hydro- carbon oil cracking, covering the change in the number of applications made by enterprises at home and abroad over the years, the distribution of foreign applicants and patent applications by technology. In particular, the paper provides an analysis of SINOPEC＇s performance in patent applications in this field. A forecast is also made for the future trends of patent applications in this field and recommendations are proposed.
